Sarah Wolfe

Sarah Wolfe

Director / Instructor

About Sarah

Sarah has been working with early childhood and elementary school children for more than 15 years. Her yoga journey began in 2006 when she studied yoga at West Chester University while earning her bachelor’s degree in education.  In 2009 she had the opportunity to further explore children’s yoga and the benefits to children.  As she traveled different paths, she realized she wanted to dedicate her life to sharing the joy of yoga with children. In 2014 she started further education with childlight yoga and began Treehouse Yoga for Children. Her life’s mission “To see the children’s growth on the mat and know the benefits that come with it, is magnificent.”

About Catie

Practicing yoga and working with children are both two things that bring Catie the most joy in life. With about eight years of yoga practice and four years of childcare experience in daycares and schools, becoming a children’s yoga instructor felt like a perfect fit. In the past, Catie has coached middle school girls field hockey and cheerleading. Also growing up with yoga, Catie has seen how it has helped her during her pre-teen years as an athlete and even now into her adulthood. She now wants to share the benefits of yoga with the children she teaches. She started as an intern the summer of 2016 and received her Children’s Yoga Certification December 2016. Catie has completed her RYT 200. Catie will be graduating from West Chester University in 2019 and is studying to be an English teacher.
